I’m a Certified Professional New Parent Educator, Postpartum Doula and Pediatric Sleep Consultant.

When I was expecting my first child I felt ready to take on my new role as a mother and enjoy every minute with my baby girl. I was sure I “had what it takes”. But motherhood was not what I expected, I was overjoyed but I also felt overwhelmed, exhausted and alone.
