Hi, I’m Jaquie
When I was pregnant with my first child I felt ready to take on my new role as a mother and enjoy every minute with my baby girl. I was sure I “had what it takes”, but motherhood was not what I expected, I found the baby stage incredibly stressful. I felt overwhelmed and completely alone. I couldn’t stop wondering why I felt like the only one to experience these feelings.
I don’t want you to have the same experience, I don’t want you to miss this special time with your baby. I have made it my mission to bring joy and confidence to postpartum mamas. That’s why I created Joyful Postpartum.

My baby is over 1-year old, is this course right for me?
Absolutely! This information will take you from birth to 18 months.
What if I don’t have the money?
This course has been designed to be the most accessible option for postpartum information and we offer lifetime access so that you can go back to the information whenever you want. We think that the benefits of the course are well worth it!
What if I want 1:1 coaching with Jaquie?
You always have the opportunity to work with Jaquie in her Postpartum Empowerment, Infant Sleep Consulting or Solid Food Packages. If you feel you may need this individualized support book a free discovery call to learn more.
Once I join, how soon will I get access to the course?
When you sign up, you will be taken right to the member area where the trainings are available. It is recommended that you start with the foundational course before moving onto the next level trainings.
