I understand that I must attend and participate in all portions and days of the training. If I miss any training portions, live or self-paced, I will not receive a certification for training or contact hours. The training will not be recorded for student use.
I understand that this training is only one step in becoming a Certified Professional New Parent Educator.
I understand this training from New Horizons Training qualifies me to apply for certification through Perinatal Professionals Association, and I must first become a member of Perinatal Professional Association.
Training Terms and Conditions

I understand that Jaquie Dason will share my name and contact information with the New Horizons office.
I understand that Jaquie Dason may take pictures or video of the training that include me. I understand that these pictures or video may be used online or in print by Jaquie Dason or New Horizons for promotional purposes.
I understand that quotes from my training evaluation may be used online or in print by Jaquie Dason or New Horizons for promotional purposes.
I understand that I may not record (audio or visual) the training workshop. I may not photograph the PowerPoint slides, training manual, materials from the training or the student portal, or any other intellectual property belonging to New Horizons or Jaquie Dason.
I understand that I may take photographs during the training only with the express consent of Jaquie Dason and the other participants in the training.
I understand that I may not post any of the photographs on social media or email them without the express permission of Jaquie Dason and the other participants in the training.
I understand that none of the photographs may be used for advertising purposes nor sold or distributed to any other party.
I understand I may not reproduce, publish, or distribute any of the materials in the text or from the student portal.

Refund Policy

The cost of the training is $900 CAD + applicable taxes. There are no refunds except upon cancellation of the class by the instructor, Jaquie Dason. If Jaquie Dason cancels the class, there will be a 100% refund.
I may transfer my registration to another training with Jaquie Dason within 12 months of the original training date with approval from Jaquie Dason and by paying a $75.00 transfer fee.
If I fail to transfer to another training within the 12 month period, I understand I will not receive any refund for any monies paid to the instructor, Jaquie Dason.
