The First Year Club

Because no mom should have to figure out the first year alone.

The first year with a baby can feel confusing, exhausting, and sometimes isolating.

Maybe you are the first of your friends to have a baby.
Maybe your family lives far away.
Maybe you spend late nights wondering if what your baby is doing is normal.

Many moms quietly worry:

Am I doing this right?
Why does my baby wake so much?
Is something wrong with our naps?
Why does everyone else seem to have this figured out?

The truth is that most moms feel exactly the same way during the first year.

The First Year Club was created so you don’t have to navigate this stage alone.

Inside, you’ll find calm guidance, practical resources, and a supportive community of moms whose babies are close in age.

A place where you can learn what’s normal, feel reassured, and move through the first year with more confidence.

What Makes The First Year Club Different

What Makes The First Year Club Different

There is no shortage of parenting advice online.

What many moms are actually missing is reassurance, clarity, and support.

The First Year Club combines three things that make the first year easier to navigate.

Calm Guidance When Things Feel Unclear

Inside the membership you’ll find short, practical videos that help you understand what is happening with your baby as they grow.

Topics include:

• understanding wake windows
• why short naps are common
• evening fussiness
• sleep changes around four months
• nap transitions
• early morning waking
• what is developmentally normal during each stage

These videos are designed to help you understand your baby’s rhythms so you can feel more confident about what you’re experiencing.

A Community of Moms in the Same Stage

Inside The First Year Club you’ll be part of a supportive community of moms navigating the first year with their babies.

This is a space where moms can share experiences, ask questions, and support each other through the ups and downs of early motherhood.

Many moms say the most reassuring moment is simply hearing someone else say:

“My baby is doing that too.”

As the membership grows, we create smaller groups for moms whose babies are close in age so you can connect with others going through the same stage at the same time.

Reassurance When You Need It

Once per month, members can submit questions for a live group Q&A session.

Common questions and challenges are discussed so moms can better understand what they’re experiencing.

Recordings are available inside the membership so you can watch whenever it’s convenient.
